Complaints


All ISC schools have formal complaints procedures. Each has its own but they must comply with the rules of the school’s own association (eg HMC, IAPS). Ask the Head for details.


In the end the relationship between the school and family is contractual, subject to the relevant contract law and ultimately determined by a court. However strongly you feel about your complaint, consider the impact on your child before pursuing it through the courts.
